An Olympia tradition returns to Heritage Park in downtown, Capital Lakefair is back for 2022 - celebrate Lakefair week, 5 days of community fun, Wednesday July 13 - Sunday July 17. Check out local non-profit food vendors, entertainment, carnival, Grand Parade, and more!

For 65 years, Capital Lakefair has been a Thurston County tradition since the first event back in 1957. Over the years Lakefair has raised millions of dollars for local non-profit food vendors and more than $400,000 in scholarships for young women from area high schools. While we are not able to hold Lakefair this year, we’re getting an early start on planning for an even bigger and better event for the 2022 season.
