Join dancer and death doula V in this movement intensive workshop. This workshop will mix movement, journaling, and discussion to explore the topic of grief. Please note: Participants will be encouraged to discuss difficult topics. Sharing is not mandatory, but it is encouraged to bring comfort objects like snacks, blankets or the like.
Things to Bring: Wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in, bring water, and bring some form of paper and pen(cil). You are welcome to bring anything else that can help you be comfortable during this workshop. Some suggestions include a yoga mat, pillow, snacks, fidgets, dance shoes, etc. We will be setting up a small altar and you are welcome to bring anything you wish to add to it. You will get your items back at the end of the workshop.
