The study, conducted by gaming site Clash.gg, analyzed Google search data to uncover the most popular TV couples in the U.S. Based on average monthly searches over the past year, researchers examined relationship-related terms combined with iconic couple names, such as “Ross and Rachel endgame.”
Topping the list is a classic couple: Lois and Clark from Smallville, with 31,121 average monthly searches, claiming the title of America’s favorite TV romance. Close behind, the vintage lovebirds Lucy and Ricky from I Love Lucy snagged the second spot.
