KIDNAPPED GIRL’S “HELP ME!” SIGN LEADS TO HER RESCUE

Long Beach, California — A 13-year-old girl’s bravery proved instrumental in her rescue after she managed to signal for help while trapped inside a parked car while her abductor was inside a laundromat. The harrowing incident unfolded after the suspect allegedly kidnapped the young girl while she was walking down the streets of San Antonio, Texas, subjecting her to abuse during their journey to California.

Following her courageous act, authorities were alerted and swiftly apprehended the 61-year-old suspect, hailing from Texas. He now faces federal kidnapping charges in connection with the abduction of the young victim.
