TARGET RECALLING SOME CANDLES

Consumers who have recently purchased candles from Target are advised to take heed. A recall has been initiated for a selection of Threshold Glass Jar candles, encompassing a variety of fragrances. This action has been prompted by the potential for these jars to fracture and shatter, which could result in injuries such as cuts or burns.

Furthermore, there exists a risk of fire hazard, a circumstance that could have severe consequences for homeowners. While no incidents of this nature have been documented thus far, it is noteworthy that Target has received 19 notifications detailing instances of candle jar breakage or cracking. In light of these concerns, it is strongly recommended that these candles not be used.
